Bella's Pro Clean handles several common areas for an array of different types of Clientele such as Apartment Complexes, Condos, Commercial buildings with multiple Offices and more. Our cleaners pay close attention to detail in order to make sure all surfaces, equipment, furniture, etc. is dust free. Dust will be removed from ceiling fans and any cobwebs will cease to exist. Any trash will be collected and floors will be vacuumed and/or mopped. We take care to clean all the overlooked areas as well such as baseboards, window sills, door and window frames, and light fixtures. Unlike other cleaning companies, you won’t have to worry about any touch up of what was done. Bella's Pro Clean has you covered.


Our Cleaning Checklist


  • Furniture dusted.
  • all Surfaces. Baseboards, window sills, window frames, doors and door frames wiped down).
  • Accessible ceiling fans have been dusted.
  • Cobwebs have been removed as much as possible.
  • Light bulbs and light fixtures have been dusted where possible.
  • Trash has been collected .
  • Floors and Stair Cases have been vacuumed and mopped.
  • Hanging lights have been dusted where possible.
  • if you have a club house or gym (We will disinfect remotes, TV's, recreational equipment if present, and exercise equipment inside the gyms.)
